Making a cup of tea

There are many arguments over the ways to make a good cuppa; without knowing, cups of tea are destroying friendships across the globe. Many think the order is tea bag, water, milk and sugar if needed; i argue this is the most known way. Besides the fact that people might call me weird and a disciple from hell, i think the order should be, tea bag....water....sugar... then milk; DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNN. I know, i've changed the order, while writing this, i'm currently looking over my shoulder to spot the snipers. Dont worry guys, i live to see another day.

While arguing over the order of this amazing simple drink, we have forgotten the meaning of it. The Cup of Tea; the thing that brings us together, the drink that breaks the ice, the thing you give to construction workers outside of your house, a drink for the end of the long day, the drink for comfort. For me, the cup of tea reminds me of my dad and its a comforting memory to have; its now become my soothing drink that makes me sigh of relief whenever the first sip is taken. Thank you to whoever created this marvelous idea, of creating a drink that means so much but so little. come on guys lets go par-TEA.
